The gentle, non-surgical correction of the annoying gum smile.

Injections with the muscle relaxant are considered a gentle and low-risk alternative to extensive surgical interventions in the case of a gum smile.

What is facelift and neck lift?

Today, modern facelift technology allows us to tighten the facial skin and the underlying tissue without any problems, thus restoring the youthful proportions of the face without losing the individuality or even unmistakable features of a face.

In order to realize your desire for a younger appearance, we have various highly developed procedures at our disposal: the mini lift, the neck lift and the lower face lift. For a complete major facelift, the lower facelift or mini-lift can also be combined with the neck lift.

Mini lift

If the signs of aging are only slightly pronounced, a mini lift (duration around 1.5 hours) can already lead to the desired result: We primarily correct the cheek area with particularly gentle techniques. The wrinkles there are smoothed out and the youthful proportions of this area are restored. By including the tissue structures lying under the skin, the results are more than convincing if the indication is appropriate. The skin incisions are also smaller and the healing times shorter.

A neck lift or neck lift is a surgical procedure to tighten and smooth the skin on the neck. For aesthetic reasons and to optimize contours, it is often performed in combination with a facelift.

A neck lift makes sense, for example, if the neck is wrinkled and the tissue is slack, a double chin has formed, the skin is hanging down in a flap or fat has accumulated in the neck area.

During this approximately three-hour operation, excess skin is removed or put back into the old position. Both lead to a tightening of the skin: the wrinkles disappear and the patient looks younger again.

Lower facelift

With a lower facelift (approx. 3.0 hours), the skin and the underlying tissue structures are included, which means that typical signs of advanced aging can be eliminated particularly efficiently and sustainably. In addition to the general formation of wrinkles on the face and neck, this also includes sunken areas at the corners of the mouth as well as sagging cheeks or a double chin.

The face looks fresh and dynamic again after the lifting. Special suturing techniques ensure that hidden scars are formed inconspicuously, running in natural skin folds and in the hairy area of the head.

SMAS technology

In our facial operations we use the SMAS technique (Superficial Musculu Aponeurotic System), which describes a muscle-connective tissue layer that is located in the subcutaneous layer of the skin of the face and neck. This layer is very thin, but still very strong, which makes it extremely valuable for a facelift.

By correcting the muscle and connective tissue layer, the face can be lifted effectively and unnecessary tension on the skin avoided. This fulfills one of the most important requirements for a natural result.

What is VASER body sculpting?

VASER body sculpting is an advanced cosmetic procedure that uses ultrasound technology to selectively remove unwanted fat deposits and contour the body for a more defined and sculpted appearance.

How does VASER body sculpting work?

During the procedure, a small probe emits ultrasound energy to target and break down fat cells while preserving other tissues. The liquefied fat is then gently removed through a small cannula, resulting in precise sculpting and enhanced body contouring.

Am I a suitable candidate for VASER body sculpting?

VASER body sculpting is suitable for individuals who are close to their ideal body weight but struggle with stubborn fat deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise. It is important to have realistic expectations and be in good overall health.

What areas of the body can be treated with VASER body sculpting?

VASER body sculpting can be performed on various areas of the body, including the abdomen, flanks (love handles), thighs, buttocks, arms, back, and chin. It allows for targeted fat removal and sculpting in specific problem areas.

Is VASER body sculpting a surgical procedure?

VASER body sculpting is a minimally invasive procedure that involves making small incisions to insert the ultrasound probe and cannula. It is performed under local anesthesia or with mild sedation, avoiding the need for general anesthesia.

What is the recovery process like after VASER body sculpting?

Recovery time varies depending on the extent of the treatment and individual factors. Generally, patients can expect some swelling, bruising, and soreness in the treated areas, which gradually subsides over time. Most individuals can resume normal activities within a few days to a week.

Are the results of VASER body sculpting permanent?

The fat cells removed during VASER body sculpting are permanently eliminated from the body. However, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with proper diet and exercise is crucial to sustain long-term results and prevent the accumulation of new fat deposits.
